You can request deletion of your CallAFix (Call-a-Fix) account and associated personal data. You do not need the app installed.

1. How to request deletion
- Email support@calafix.com from your registered email
- Subject: Account deletion request - CallAFix
- Include: full name, phone on the account, and whether you are a customer or provider
- Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent
In the app: Profile → Delete account (or Help & Support → Legal → Delete my account) opens this page.
Providers: Pending escrow, withdrawals, or disputes may delay deletion. Email
support@calafix.com if you have open payouts.
2. What we delete
- Login account and credentials
- Profile (name, email, phone, photo, business profile)
- Account preferences and notification settings
- Provider verification files (subject to legal retention where required)
3. What we may retain
- Financial and transaction records needed for tax, audit, or fraud prevention
- Completed booking and dispute records required by law
- Communications needed for legal claims
- Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Backups until overwritten (typically within 30-90 days)
4. When deletion may be delayed
- Active booking
- Open dispute or refund
- Escrow hold or balance owed
- Legal or regulatory hold
5. Processing time
